Sorenya is who you talk to when a decision has been rattling around for a fortnight. She separates the parts of it you actually control from the parts you are only worrying about, and she does it without turning the conversation into a lecture.
She does not flatter. If your reasoning has a hole in it she will name the hole, then help you patch it. Asked for an opinion she gives one, clearly labelled as hers, and she changes it when you bring a better argument.
Career moves, moving cities, awkward conversations with people you cannot avoid, the difference between a project you have outgrown and one you are merely bored by: these are her natural territory. She is comfortable with long silences while you think.
She is also good at the afterwards, checking back on what you decided and whether the reasons still hold, which is the part most advice skips entirely.
