Please read these terms before using Keeper. They apply to every visitor and to every conversation opened through the site.

1. These terms govern your use of Keeper and the conversations available through it. By using the site you accept them in full.
2. Keeper is intended for adults aged 18 and over. If you are under that age you may not use the site or open a conversation.
3. Every companion presented on Keeper is invented. Names, portraits, biographies and opinions are fictional and do not represent real individuals.
4. Conversations are provided for company, entertainment, writing and everyday talk. They are not advice of any professional kind.
5. Nothing on Keeper constitutes medical, psychological, legal, financial or safety advice, and it must not be relied upon as such.
6. If you are in distress or facing an emergency, contact a qualified professional or your local emergency service rather than a companion.
7. You agree not to use the site to request, generate or distribute explicit sexual material, content involving minors, or material depicting real identifiable people.
8. You agree not to use the site for harassment, threats, hate speech, fraud, impersonation or any unlawful purpose.
9. You agree not to attempt to bypass technical limits, probe the service for vulnerabilities, or interfere with its availability for others.
10. Automated scraping, bulk extraction, resale of conversation output and reverse engineering of the service are not permitted.
11. You are responsible for the content you submit and for ensuring that you have the right to submit it.
12. Conversation content may be generated automatically and can contain errors, inconsistencies or invented facts. Verify anything important independently.
13. We may adjust, add or retire companions, features and pages at any time without prior notice.
14. Availability is offered on a reasonable-efforts basis. Interruptions for maintenance, updates or factors beyond our control may occur.
15. All text, artwork, portraits, layout and code published on Keeper are protected by copyright and may not be reproduced without written permission.
16. The Keeper name, logo and visual identity may not be used to imply endorsement, partnership or affiliation.
17. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience only, and we accept no responsibility for their content or practices.
18. Where a paid feature is offered, its price, billing period and cancellation terms are shown before purchase and form part of these terms.
19. Where a refund is available it is described at the point of purchase; statutory rights in your jurisdiction are unaffected.
20. We may suspend or terminate access where these terms are breached, where use harms other users, or where the law requires it.
21. You may stop using the site at any time, and you may request deletion of contact details you have submitted.
22. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Keeper is provided as-is without warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability.
23. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the site.
24. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the three months preceding the claim.
25. These terms may be updated. The revised version applies from the date it is published on this page, and continued use indicates acceptance.
26. If any clause is found unenforceable, the remaining clauses continue in force unaffected.
27. These terms are governed by the laws applicable at our place of establishment, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
